About board games
You will find almost any game with us, whether that is Monopoly or something more involved like The Witcher: Old World. Or are you after something to sharpen your wits, such as Carcassonne? Longer or shorter, simpler or more complex, card game or board game — there is certainly something here for you.
There are more than a hundred and fifty board games on the club's shelf: from twenty-minute fillers to heavy strategy that fills half an evening. Family games for the youngest, party games for a big group, co-operative adventures, and a few whose rulebooks are a read in themselves. The full list is on the site, in the Game Library.
You do not need to bring anything, and you do not need to know what you want to play. Tell us how many you are and how long you have — we will sort out the rest. We will teach the rules, and if the game does not land, there are another hundred and fifty on the shelf.
Why play board games here?
You do not have to buy it to try it
A bigger board game is not a cheap evening. Here you can sit down with it once before deciding whether you want your own.
There is always a fourth player
Most good games are at their best with three or four. Here the group is not the bottleneck.
Somebody will teach you
With a new game, reading the rulebook is the biggest barrier. You skip that here: we sit down and show you.
Come to a club day!
