About the club
Get to know us!
Our aim is a friendly community where anyone who loves board games, tabletop strategy and roleplaying can feel at home.
We want to offer relaxation and time well spent to every age group, with particular attention to family programmes. From simple learning games for the youngest, through more complex systems that give adults a serious mental workout, to competitive games that demand real preparation — it is all in our repertoire.
You can try your hand as adventurers in the world of Dungeons & Dragons. As commanders you can lead armies across the battlefields of Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, the Second World War (FOW) or the world of The Lord of the Rings. There are themed board games to try too, such as the board version of the well-known Heroes of Might and Magic series.

Who we are
Behind the club is a group of friends
The Komárno Board Game Club was started by a handful of keen players with a shared love of board games, wargaming and roleplaying. Week by week, more and more people have been sitting down at the same table.
Drop in on a club day and you will find us there — ask away even as a complete beginner; we are happy to show you the systems and sit down for a demo game.
